Coronavirus Information For Tenants
We understand you may be worried about the impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and wanted to reassure you that we’re here to help with any concerns you may have. We can work with you to look at ways to make things easier.
Unfortunately, due to us having commercial tenancies, we are unable to apply for mortgage payment holidays and therefore unable to pass on any discounts or payment breaks.
If you are experiencing difficulties because of the Coronavirus there have been several Government Support Packages announced. Please look into receiving some of this help from the government to enable you to continue to pay your rent. I have detailed some below.
If you are still finding it difficult to pay all of your rent please contact us in order to make a suitable payment plan that can spread your payments over a longer period of time. The earlier you talk to us the sooner we can help.
Please ALL keep safe and follow the government guidelines and we will get through this.
See below for ways to help you through this crisis.
Thanks,
Joanna and Clare
